Custom Error Messages with Modal Popups and Logging

The default error handling for Sintel will render a message such as :

With my user base this is generally ignored.

My feature requests are:

1. Make the error requests (optionally) modal.
2. Allow errors to be mapped to custom titles and descriptions. For example make the error message above say: Your attachments did not upload. Please click on the Save button again to try again.
3. Have error logging to either SharePoint or an alternate data source (obviously if the error is with the data connection that would make this difficult)
