Update the redirect URL to allow the use of query string parameters that includes the item ID of the record just created or other metadata properties

Currently you can configure the URL to redirect to after a user clicks on Save, Close or clicks on an Action. It would be useful to permit the use of query-string parameters in the URL that is being re-directed to including data from the form such as its ID.
