Adding Workflow to a Linked (Embedded) Form

We wanted to add a workflow to an embedded linked form.  In this particular case we have an Audit Report which has a workflow attached as well an embedded linked form for Actions.  We need the embedded Actions form to kick off its own workflow/email notifications.
