Relative URL Save/Close action Redirect

Ability to be able to specify either a relative or domain root url for the redirect URLs after save/close actions. Currently it requires http(s):// which forces a domain. Would be nice to be able to have a relative "/path" and it would determine the domain automatically. This would be useful in multi-stage environments when migrating forms between environments. (ie: dev, quality, production)
