Attachment Field

0

Is there any chance that there will be an attachment field created in the near future? I know there is the paperclip on the form for attachments, but it has been very helpful tool when using our old InfoPath forms that we can create an attachment field as part of the form itself. Some of our department heads like that functionality. They find the paperclip confusing.

    Hi Darryl,

We don't currently have this exact functionality as attachments are already available under the paperclip icon as you noted. However, if you would like to be able to see attachments directly within the form, had you considered adding a linked document library which would permit you to add items directly into the form? This would mean that they would appear directly on the form in a similar way to how they used to appear on an InfoPath form.

Here is how to achieve this: Linked Libraries-Using a Document/Picture Library
