Embed a Form, Not a Form Link

Hello.

I would like to embed a form onto my website to capture inquiries from prospective clients.  I know that I can embed a form link, but I'd like to embed the actual form content to enable on screen data input.  I'm using WordPress and the WP Forms platform enables such functionality.  But I'd like to use a Sintel Form to preserve "ownership" of data.  Any ideas?
