Navigation buttons in tabbed section

For more complex forms that used tabbed section, it'd be nice to have the option to add navigation arrows to the section that would switch sections based by their order ("Next section", "Previous section"). It'd be also nice to be able to setup wording on that buttons in section properties and show / hide them via logic
