New 'Submit' Form Feature

0

We have been using Sintel Forms for a while and we really enjoy them! They're great.

The only concern we have is that a lot of the feedback we receive on the forms is that the 'Save' button is confusing... Confusing in the sense that it is in the top left (difficult to see) and the wording 'Save' is weird terminology. (Many people expect the word 'Submit')

We were hoping that there could be a different option for submitting a form within Sintel.

Thanks!

    Hi Sam,

We use the text "Save" as this what happens when you click the button i.e. the data you entered or updated is saved. If you prefer a "Submit" button this is easy. Add a rule to the form to hide the save button on new forms and then add a workflow status and within it add a Submit task. Once this is done the Save button will be disabled for new forms and users can click on the Actions menu and choose "Submit".
