Form's current assignment

It would be great to be able to see who a form is assigned to so that users can filter the Sharepoint list to see which forms are waiting on them to take action.

I have a form with multiple approval tasks at various workflows throughout the form. Some of the approvals are required to be completed by multiple users and I would like to be able to see which approvals are still outstanding.

I have managed to create a partial solution so far, in that, I have created an addition field {{Assignee}} which gets updated through logic as the form moves through Workflows but this only works when the corresponding Workflow only has one approver.
