Rule to Add Number of Linked List Items

Hi Sintel Team.

It would be great if we could have a rule to set the number of linked list items.
Example : When a user opens a form - we require them to provide details and add 2 rows within the linked list and provide the details.

There is a rule to prevent an action based on the condition you set. "IF the linked list has less than X items = disable "Submit" action. The problem with this - is when you do this - the form cannot complete the validation check as the action ahs been disabled.
