Feature to Group Rules

Hello Sintel Team!
It would be great if we could have a feature to group rules into categories.

An example would be :

<Section Rules>

<Field Rules>

<Javascript Rules>

Or perhaps allow us to capture a name for a group, this ensures it is easier to navigate and manage rules.
