Attachments option missing in Sintel Forms

Apparently Microsoft released an update recently that changed some list settings to disable attachments and if you were affected by this you can resolve it quite easily using the following steps.

  Issue:

You have installed the Sintel Forms App in a site and configured it for use on a list but the Attachments option is missing when you attempt to complete and save a new form.

  Resolution:

  1. Check the List Settings of the list you are working with and within the "Advanced settings" ensure the option for attachments is enabled, if it's not then change it and save it.

Once the Attachments option is set to enabled the icon should appear when creating or editing forms.
