For the majority of customers we recommend using a custom list when creating a new form, however, if you have an existing list you can still enable Sintel Forms on it most scenarios. Below you find a list with the SharePoint list types that are supported with Sintel Forms.

Note
It's worth noting that while Sintel Forms can't be used with SharePoint Document Libraries directly you can use them as linked lists with your forms and this is particularly useful for storing files related to a form especially images or photos which you can then preview and annotate within Sintel Forms.
